{"id":623,"date":"2019-11-23T21:21:32","date_gmt":"2019-11-23T20:21:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cfdt-spie.com\/?page_id=623"},"modified":"2020-11-23T18:32:21","modified_gmt":"2020-11-23T17:32:21","slug":"dialogue-social","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cfdt-spie.com\/?page_id=623","title":{"rendered":"DIALOGUE SOCIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mot tr\u00e8s \u00e0 la mode depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, il s\u2019agit avant tout de \nmettre en place des r\u00e8gles, afin d\u2019informer correctement les \nrepr\u00e9sentants du personnel et les salari\u00e9s des \u00e9v\u00e9nements importants, \ndans l\u2019Entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malgr\u00e9 plusieurs tentatives, il n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 possible de mettre en place un tel accord.<br>\nL\u2019entreprise ayant toujours tent\u00e9 de faire passer des contreparties \nill\u00e9gales (ex: interdiction de lancer une gr\u00e8ve, tel que pr\u00e9vu par la \nloi)<br>\nVoici les propositions faites par la CFDT :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Accord de m\u00e9thode pour pr\u00e9venir les salari\u00e9s d\u2019un changement important (ex: fermeture de site)<\/li><li>Quel que soit l\u2019accord, pr\u00e9voir une commission de suivi paritaire, \npermettant de g\u00e9rer les r\u00e9clamations de salari\u00e9s et analyser l\u2019existant,<\/li><li>Utilisation syndicale de la messagerie interne, \u00e0 l\u2019attention des salari\u00e9s,<\/li><li>Un panneau d\u2019affichage syndical, dans chaque \u00e9tage de chaque b\u00e2timent,<\/li><li>Un calendrier fourni et valid\u00e9 en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e, concernant les \nconsultations obligatoires et les n\u00e9gociations d\u2019entreprise (ex: que la \npr\u00e9sentation de la situation sociale et \u00e9conomique soit faite, avant \nd\u2019ouvrir les n\u00e9gociations annuelles sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration),<\/li><li>Passer le forfait internet de 15\u20ac\/mois \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9s r\u00e9alisant du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail,<\/li><li>Cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une ligne budg\u00e9taire \u00ab&nbsp;Si\u00e8ge&nbsp;\u00bb, en lieu et place de la \u00ab&nbsp;MOI&nbsp;\u00bb calcul\u00e9 dans les d\u00e9partements,<\/li><li>Gestion de carri\u00e8re : en finir avec la mise au placard des \u00e9lus les plus actifs.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mot tr&egrave;s &agrave;
