La nouvelle norme ISO 45001 et son protocole de certification aborde la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail. Comment s\u2019en saisir pour agir sur ces enjeux majeurs face \u00e0 l\u2019employeur ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les normes ISO (International organisation for standardisation) sont d\u00e9finies par l\u2019Organisation internationale de normalisation, organisation non gouvernementale, et par les organismes nationaux de normalisation des pays membres qui la constituent. La norme ISO 9001, la plus connue, constate l\u2019aptitude d\u2019une entreprise ou d\u2019un organisme, public ou priv\u00e9, \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ses exigences en mati\u00e8re de qualit\u00e9 d\u2019un produit ou d\u2019un service. La norme ISO 45 001, la plus r\u00e9cente, propose quant \u00e0 elle un cadre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la mise en place d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de management de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail. La CFDT n\u2019est pas favorable \u00e0 cette norme et per\u00e7oit le risque de sa mise en \u0153uvre unilat\u00e9rale par l\u2019employeur.
