{"id":2164,"date":"2021-03-08T15:27:00","date_gmt":"2021-03-08T14:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cfdt-spie.com\/?p=2164"},"modified":"2021-04-01T07:03:22","modified_gmt":"2021-04-01T05:03:22","slug":"syndicalisme-hebdo-n3768","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cfdt-spie.com\/?p=2164","title":{"rendered":"SYNDICALISME HEBDO N\u00b03768"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-yellow-color\">Le 8 mars, c\u2019est toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e et par tous les temps<\/span><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-yellow-color\">B\u00e9atrice LESTIC<\/span><\/strong> secr\u00e9taire nationale de la CFDT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized is-style-rounded\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/api.syndicalismehebdo.cfdt.fr\/media\/cache\/article_thumb_big\/uploads\/media\/2020\/06\/head_beatrice_lestic_virginiedegalzain_rennes2018.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"244\" height=\"165\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>N\u2019oubliez jamais qu\u2019il suffira d\u2019une crise politique, \u00e9conomique ou religieuse pour que les droits des femmes soient remis en question.<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb Cette phrase de Simone de&nbsp;Beauvoir r\u00e9sonne fortement en ces temps de crise sanitaire, sociale et \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les femmes repr\u00e9sentent 70&nbsp;% des travailleurs pauvres, occupent 62&nbsp;% des emplois \u00ab&nbsp;non qualifi\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb, 60&nbsp;% des CDD et 82&nbsp;% des emplois \u00e0 temps partiel&nbsp;; elles subissent donc de plein fouet cette crise qui amplifie les fragilit\u00e9s pr\u00e9existantes et creuse les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La tentation est forte, du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du patronat et des pouvoirs publics, de repousser les mesures en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle ou d\u2019y renoncer. Mais la CFDT le r\u00e9affirme : l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes n\u2019est pas un sujet accessoire, c\u2019est une exigence d\u00e9mocratique et une exigence de justice sociale. Et disons le clairement, les femmes s\u2019impatientent !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette semaine est l\u2019occasion de parler travail, emploi, carri\u00e8res et r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations mais aussi de rappeler nos revendications : revalorisation des m\u00e9tiers \u00ab\u00a0f\u00e9minins\u00a0\u00bb par la prise en compte des comp\u00e9tences et p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9s trop souvent invisibilis\u00e9es, transparence vis-\u00e0-vis des \u00e9lus CSE quant aux r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019index de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle et cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un nouvel indicateur en vue de rendre visible la part des femmes dans les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations les plus basses, instauration de quotas concernant la part des femmes dans les instances dirigeantes et parmi les plus hautes r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations, mise en place dans toutes les entreprises et administrations d\u2019un plan de pr\u00e9vention des violences sexistes et sexuelles.
