Nous sommes alert\u00e9s par les salari\u00e9s que le management indique qu\u2019il y aurait un accord d\u00e9rogeant \u00e0 la Convention Collective, concernant les coefficients et r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

CFDT :<\/strong>
\nL\u2019accord cit\u00e9, concerne les salari\u00e9s issus d\u2019une fusion en 2014.
\nIl ne saurait s\u2019appliquer \u00e0 tous salari\u00e9s rentrant dans l\u2019entreprise.
\nD\u2019autre part, aucun accord d\u2019entreprise \nsign\u00e9 en 2014 ne peut aller en sens inverse de la convention collective \nsur les coefficients et la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration minimale.
\nNous interpellons  par \u00e9crit la DRH et contestons cette interpr\u00e9tation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
