{"id":617,"date":"2018-06-08T21:13:22","date_gmt":"2018-06-08T19:13:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cfdt-spie.com\/?p=617"},"modified":"2019-11-25T11:25:20","modified_gmt":"2019-11-25T10:25:20","slug":"carte-sociale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cfdt-spie.com\/?p=617","title":{"rendered":"Carte Sociale"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s 4 mois de n\u00e9gociation, la CFDT signe un nouvel accord sur la mise en place du Comit\u00e9 Social et \u00c9conomique.<br>\nCelui-ci pr\u00e9voit :<br>\n\u2013 1 instance nationale unique du personnel <em>(= Ex-CE)<\/em><br>\n\u2013 5 commissions, ayant pour but d\u2019analyser et pr\u00e9parer les r\u00e9unions du \nCSE, sur les th\u00e8mes du logement, de la formation, de la sant\u00e9 et \ns\u00e9curit\u00e9, de la situation financi\u00e8re de l\u2019entreprise et enfin de \nl\u2019analyse de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle des salari\u00e9(e)s.<br>\n\u2013 16 repr\u00e9sentants de proximit\u00e9 <em>(= Ex-D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 du Personnel)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rappelons que les Lois Macron de 2017, suppriment les Comit\u00e9s \nd\u2019Entreprises, les CHSCT et les D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel, pour cr\u00e9er une \ninstance unique<em> : <\/em><strong>Le CSE<\/strong><br>\nSes moyens \u00e9tant fortement r\u00e9duit, l\u2019enjeu \u00e9tait de limiter la casse et \ns\u2019assurer que les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel pourraient travailler, \nrepr\u00e9senter et d\u00e9fendre l\u2019ensemble du personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suite de cette n\u00e9gociation : ouverture du protocole \u00e9lectoral le 25 Juin.<br>\nIl s\u2019agira de s\u2019entendre sur la date des prochaines \u00e9lections professionnelles (Septembre ou Octobre 2018).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apr&egrave;s 4 mois de n&eacute;gociation, la CFDT signe un nouvel accord sur la mise en place du Comit&eacute; Social et &Eacute;conomique.
